Lead Somatic Facilitator & Breathwork Guide

We live largely in our heads, disconnected from the neck down. My work at Eastern Zen Living is to guide you back into the body—the only place where life actually happens. Through breath, temperature, and stillness, we reclaim our embodied stability.

The Polyvagal Approach

It is not enough to "think positive" when the nervous system is in a state of high alert. My protocols focus on bottom-up regulation: using the body’s own biological levers to signal safety to the Vagus nerve.

Whether through controlled cold exposure or the ancient art of Pranayama, we aim to expand your window of tolerance, allowing you to remain centered amidst the chaotic demands of modern life.

Core Methodology

  • • Vagal Tone Optimization
  • • Circadian Temperature Regulation
  • • Somatic Breathwork protocols

"The mind may rationalize, but the breath never lies. It is the bridge between our conscious will and our autonomic truth."
